About the Author
Dr. Brennan received her Ph.D. in 1994 from Northwestern University in the field of Industrial Engineering/ Management Science. She also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in policy studies and marketing. She is currently Program Director – Master of Science in Technology Management & Assistant Professor of Management at Mercer University in Macon, GA. Her current research interests include: project and process management, particularly in knowledge-intensive organizations and professional services firms; impact assessments of information and instructional technologies; quality practices in higher education.
Victoria Johnson received her DPA in 1982 from the University of Georgia Public Administration/Public Policy. She is currently Professor of Management at Mercer University in Macon, GA. Her current research interests include: Organization theory and behavior in the public and private sectors; management development, leadership, ethical decision-making and corporate social responsibility theory and practice.

This text is made up of several chapters, each chapter is a separate article that covers a lot of the issues not typically found in the IS curriculum. This text was used for an Information Policy course. I honestly felt that it was a good selection given the content for the course.
Most articles in the text are an easy read. Both managers and technical-types will want to at least consider some of the issues presented in these chapters.
